Terms of Reference:
- To develop and maintain a set of appropriate IT policies
- To develop a IT Strategic plan every 3 years
- To m onitor progress against IT strategic Plan
- To monitor IT performance across the Division against an agreed set of benchmarks
- To consider key University initiatives and provide feedback to ITS, the Division and the University Executive
- To receive and consider reports from the Divisional IT Coordinator
- To receive and consider IT audit reports

- Division IT Coordinator
- 2 representatives (one academic and one technical) from each department or centre
Frequency of Meetings:
- Meet a minimum of 6 times a year
