The Division is constantly striving to improve the programs and services it offers. The Dean and her management team are keen to hear what you have to say about how they can do just that. Please e-mail us your feedback. What are we doing well? What should we be doing a lot better?
To make this a real and effective mechanism for facilitating improvements for students, the Dean and Division management are committed to following up any legitimate feedback they receive and also to publishing the following summary of their response:

| 19/06/07 | Hardship caused by earlier payment date for Doctor of Applied Linguistics HDR fees On the 15th May, the HDR Committee decided that grievances about fees should be directed to the Head of Department in the first instance. By the 19th June, the Office of Financial Services had notified Linguistics that the matter had been addressed with invoices being generated earlier and the deadline for Mexican students being extended to August. |
